By accessing and using Lincreation Academy's VR learning platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Lincreation Academy provides immersive VR training, certification, and career development services for technology professionals. Our platform offers interactive virtual reality courses, hands-on VR projects, and industry-recognized certifications.

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring you meet minimum age requirements (16+ years)

When using our VR learning platform:

• Ensure you have adequate physical space for VR activities
• Follow all VR headset manufacturer safety guidelines
• Take regular breaks during extended VR sessions
• Report any motion sickness or discomfort immediately
• Use VR equipment in a safe, supervised environment
• Maintain and properly care for any provided VR hardware

Our VR courses, simulations, and educational materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce course content without permission
• Share login credentials or course access with others
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer VR simulations
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

For paid courses and certifications:

• All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before course access is granted
• Refunds are subject to our 14-day satisfaction guarantee
• Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

• Request refunds within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
• Completed courses (>80% progress) not eligible for refund

Lincreation Academy shall not be liable for:

• Physical injury resulting from improper VR equipment use
• Data loss due to user error or equipment failure
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Career outcomes or employment opportunities
• Compatibility issues with third-party VR hardware

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom.
